I assume you have now posted your definitions and you are comfortable with the blog. For the next discussion let's look for connections between the idea of audience that is so important in Breemer Case 4, the legal aspects of policies and procedures in Campbell Chapter 3, and procedural documentation in Barker, Chapter 3. What themes or threads do you see that are common to two or three chapters? What about connections between audience and the legal side of policies and procedures? Are there connections between procedural documentation (task-oriented help) and the law? What about a relationship between policies on one hand and procedures on the other? Give us example to illustrate your points.
